Sometimes your wallet won't automatically add the token that represents your ticket. If you are using MetaMask there is a button at the bottom of every pool is a "Add <token> to MetaMask" to quickly add which ever token you need.

For other wallets you may need add the token manually. For governance pools the token contract addresses are below, if you need help adding them you can always reach out in the #help channel of our discord.

If you've joined a community pool there's a multi-step process:

  1. Navigate to the community pool you have joined

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click "View pool on Explorer"

  3. In the Etherscan Explorer click "Contract"

  4. Then click "Read Contract"

  5. Scroll down to bottom to find "tokens"

  6. The second address in the string should be the token address
